Abstract

The diagnosis and treatment of prosthetic complications in implant dentistry is a formidable clinical challenge, because of their varied clinical presentations, they require customized solutions from the professional, often defined on the basis of clinical data. This case study shows a patient who presented with a complaint of loss of prosthetic abutment seating after maintenance, in which the professional dismantled the crowns and was unable to reposition them. Clinical data and resolution are presented.
